Organic Kale GREEN DEC

This organic green kale is a leafy veg related to the cabbage family that's rich in fibre, antioxidants and vitamins. What to do with kale? Wash, slice in strips and gently fry before adding to pasta. Sprinkle with toasted pinenut, parmesan and add a squeeze of lemon. Dinner is served!
